Amazing, yes it does take some time to get to the lab. Give it a month and I’ll be honest the time does make you anxious but it clearly states that’s how long it takes to reach the lab. The results are spot on though, I got my “full breed” Pekingese puppy from Gumtree and over time she’s grown to look slightly different. Sent out her DNA around the first week of April, received the results on the last week of April. She’s actually 75% Pekingese, 12.5 Japanese Chin and 12.5% Shih tzu. Very happy with the results

Forget the duff reviews - try for yourself and you may experience the same great service as we did. The product/service was recommended to us by another adopter through the Dachshund Adoption Agency we have used for our pups.
The longest part of the process was the arrival of the sample and logging onto their system. That said the whole process took around three weeks and the emailed results are extremely comprehensive.
As we suspected, one of our dogs is 100% dachshund - though a mix of long-haired and smooth, and standard and miniature size.
Our other little girl dachshund has a rich ancestry including Russell Terrier and AN Other dogs, most likely Keeshond. That finally explains her stockier build and beautiful fluffy coat. She also gets very scared of loud noises which is a Keeshond breed trait. We can also see that she is within the correct weight range given her genetic make-up.

Really awful customer service. Waited a month (a month!) For a reply to my email and then they didnt answer it properly. There's no UK lab, samples need to be sent to Denmark, I wouldn't bother at least not until normal traffic resumes after the pandemic.

Absolute scam! Sent off my dog’s sample over a month ago and still showing as not received. I’ve tried emailing with no response and tweeting but again, no response. Where’s the customer service? I’ll be reporting to the appropriate authorities. This company is a total con and should be avoided at all costs!

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 no way of emailing them wrong breeds recognised although I own parents and the mixtures were all created by kc registered champions they love to put staff x in everything the same people that make the Mars chocolate bars are testing your dogs wake up ????????

Having trouble accessing the site keep getting a blank page. Sent emails to them asking for help with this issue. No reply!
Finally received an email with my dogs dna results but still can't access their page. Very frustrating

Got results 50% working/Asian/terrier which is literally like saying she is a dog. Poor customer service. Adoption agency and vet thinks she is a lab/terrier mix trust them over this company. Don’t waste your money.
